COMPETITION RULES

1. Each postal entry must include:

(A) A signed and completed entry form (or photocopy).
(B) A CD containing the songs you wish to enter (English language only please).
(C) A clearly written or typed lyric sheet.
(D) CDs and lyric sheets clearly marked with song titles and artist name.
(E) A cheque, postal order or international money order to cover £15 per entry -payable to Angelic Music.

2. Each song submitted must be contestant's own original work and shall not infringe any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties. Songs may have multiple co-writers

3. Entrance fee is non-refundable. CDs and lyric sheets cannot be returned. Angelic Music is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, postage due, stolen, or misappropriated entries.

4. Songs will be judged based on composition, lyrics, melody, and originality. The quality of performance and production will not be a consideration.

5. All prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to the first name as it appears on the entry form. The fair division and distribution of prizes among co-writers is the responsibility of the winners.

6. Angelic Music reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of comparable value.

7. Entries must be received by October 1st 2008!

8. I give permission for Angelic Music to include my song on the 'Winners' compilation CD should it be selected as one of the finalists. I also give permission for Angelic Music to display my name, photo and website details for any promotional purposes regarding this CD.
